Clinical Supervisor

Behavior Management Foundation is rooted in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Behavior Management Foundation is looking for Clinical Supervisors that are passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Services are currently provided in home, and in various community settings using a variety of ABA techniques (i.
e.
, DTT, Natural Environmental Teaching, etc.
).
Our clinical programs are individualized allowing for attainment of functional skills needed to replace challenging behaviors and maximize an individual's strengths and capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels.
*Bachelors degree AND at least one year in the field is required.
* Bi-Lingual is a Plus! Proven people-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent administrative skills.
