Marketing Director

Sequoia Transitional Care is looking to expand its team with a Marketing Director! Sequoia Transitional Care specializes in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain business relationships with Discharge Planners, Case Managers, and Physicians to generate placement referrals.
Provide tours to perspective patients, family members or responsible parties.
Establishes marketing goals to ensure a share of the market and profitability of services.
Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long-range, to ensure growth and expansion of company services and improvement of facilities census.
Required: Skilled Nursing/Post Acute Marketing Director experience required.
