We are seeking a full-time, experienced Customer Service Technician to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Works closely with subcontractors to provide excellent customer service to our homeowners.
• Performs light finish construction work as needed.
• Residential construction, scheduling, and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Willing to train a good candidate with comparable experience.
Requirements:
• High School diploma is required
• Residential construction, scheduling, and maintenance experience is preferred.
• CA driver's license with a clean DMV record is required
• Bilingual a plus
• Successful candidate is subject to passing a background check and drug testing
After the probationary period is successfully completed, a company truck will be provided during work hours.
Salary and Benefits:
$40,000-$55,000 per year, DOE
