Schedule: Friday – Monday, 12:30pm to 11pm (M/F) & 10:30am – 9pm (Sat/Sun)
Hours: -35+ hours per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative, focused on ensuring the efficient and courteous delivery of blood and blood products to our hospital partners across the Central California Blood Center service area.
In addition to transportation responsibilities, this role places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service to all external and internal clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales and/or service, alongside a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Handles incoming client calls efficiently with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
Fulfill orders and transport blood products to hospital partners.
Pickup and delivery of blood product orders, specimens, equipment, supplies to facilities across Fresno, Mariposa, Merced, Kings, and Tulare counties.
Direct client complaints or questions to relevant departments promptly.
Escalate significant issues to management for resolution.
Cultivate positive client relationships.
Maintain accurate records and document processes effectively.
Identify potential client service issues and implement proactive intervention measures.
Manage blood inventory efficiently, including importing blood products from other facilities.
Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations, including blood handling process.
Immediately report any compliance issues to department management.
Monitor and maintain Client Services equipment and vehicles, updating records and charts as necessary.
Perform data quality control checks on storage equipment and shipping procedures.
Performs corrective action for unscheduled storage alarms and documentation of equipment maintenance, as needed.
Attend all 1:1 and department meetings as scheduled.
Regular attendance and promptness are essential functions of this position.
