As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding materials for new fabrication and repair of existing parts or structures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains a safe work environment.
Follows all company safety procedures and wears appropriate PPE.
Works from specifications, drawings, or prints to complete task.
Works without drawings to make basic repairs and fabrications.
Uses a variety of power and cutting tools to fabricate needed components.
Works with various metals.
Works with torch and plasma cutting equipment.
Works with “stick” and “MIG” welding equipment.
Completes all necessary paperwork related to production, timekeeping, or invoicing.
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or EHS.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
