WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As our Construction Project Manager, you effectively mentor, develop, train, and supervise all project team members.
Being a strong communicator and leader, you review and manage project schedules with Project Superintendents while ensuring projects stay organized, under budget, and on time.
Your personable demeanor allows you to forge strong relationships with clients and staff, and your effective management skills to project costs and budgetary restraints on projects results in jobs operating seamlessly.
We rely on your leadership to ensure the success of our jobs, and you take great pride in knowing that you have facilitated seamless project operations! If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, construction management, architecture, or another applicable experience
5 or more years of experience in construction management
Previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Sage/Timberline Estimating, Procore, or similar applications
