Project Scheduler/Controls Specialist

Responsibilities
4Creeks is seeking a Project Scheduler to work under the direction of a Civil Engineer on our Agriculture team.
Responsibilities for this position would include, but are not limited to:
Develops, maintains, and reviews a project's master schedule, working as part of our methane digester design/build project management team.
Establishes a project's master schedule, maintains the schedule baseline, reviews and documents schedule status and variances, and updates the status of the schedule.
Reviews and recommends for approval the baseline schedule and, in some cases, the cost-loaded summary schedule, as well as any revisions to those schedules.
Performs resource loading of master schedule, and tracks resource utilization to ensure proper resource allocation to meet project objectives.
Conducts weekly project status meetings with clients and team members and provides project updates.
Provides time impact analysis for change orders.
Other responsibilities include client management, spreadsheet calculations, project tracking, and some potential financial management.
This position will almost exclusively consist of office work.
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in construction scheduling and practices, impacts of changes on construction or design timelines, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Projects, Primavera P6, or other scheduling software tools and construction management tools, such as ProCore
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel is required.
Compensation
The salary will be determined by the candidates skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards.
Benefits package includes full employee health coverage (50% coverage for dependents), company 401(k) contribution, participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and performance bonuses.
The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 to $130,000 a year.
