is currently hiring for a full-time Assistant Construction Superintendent to join our Fresno, CA team and work closely with all members of the project team and assist with coordinating subcontractor work scopes and activities.

In this Assistant Construction Superintendent role, we rely on you to help keep operations flowing smoothly as you take the reins when it comes to our project scheduling, monitoring logic relationships, adding new work items, and reflecting resulting impacts.
You also assist with the coordination of job site logistics and maintain relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors.
Being detail-oriented and dedicated to quality and safety, you ensure that proper procedures are constantly being followed by all staff.
You also make certain that BJPC's safety program and development plans are completed on time.
At the end of the day, you are responsible for project profitability and meeting customer deadlines for completion.
You make sure that all materials are supplied at the job site prior to scheduling, and you consistently utilize your knowledge and understanding of project timelines to effectively manage our project operations.
You keep strong relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors, and ultimately strive to keep projects running on time, on budget, and with complete customer satisfaction in mind! We truly rely on your leadership to assist in the overall success of our company!

REQUIREMENTS
Can proficiently read and interpret plans and specifications
Functional knowledge of all scopes of work in commercial construction
At least 2 years of experience foreman/lead in commercial construction or 2+ years of higher education in a construction-based curriculum
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and scheduling software
A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
