THE DAY-TO-DAY
As a Project Manager, you manage construction projects through every phase including preconstruction, start-up, and closeout.
You mentor, develop, train, and supervise all project team members.
Your communication skills are essential as you review and manage project schedules with Project Superintendents.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is how you are able to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
With great attention to detail, you manage project budgets and forecast job cost projections.
You are determined to make sure that projects stay organized, under budget, and on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PROJECT MANAGER
Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, construction management, architecture, or another applicable experience
5+ years of experience in construction management
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Sage/Timberline Estimating, Procore, or similar applications
