WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As our Assistant Construction Project Superintendent, much of your time is spent ensuring seamless project operations as you project scheduling, monitoring logic relationships, adding new work items, and reflecting resulting impacts.
You effectively coordinate job site logistics and foster strong relationships with adjacent building teams and subcontractors.
You are dedicated to the highest level of quality and safety, so you make sure everyone is following guidelines adequately.
You also make certain that BJPC's safety program and development plans are completed on time.
You take great pride in ensuring projects remain profitable, on time, and ultimately go off without a hitch! You make sure that all materials are supplied at the job site prior to scheduling, and you consistently utilize your knowledge and understanding of project timelines to effectively manage our project operations.
If you can do all this and meet the following requirements, we want to meet you!
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Knowledge of all scopes of work in commercial construction
2 or more years of experience foreman/lead in commercial construction or 2+ years of higher education in a construction-based curriculum
Functional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and scheduling software
