Construction site Team for subdivision development looking for a Lead Site Labourer/Machine Operator - job sites in City of London.
Candidate to be an experienced machine operator for heavy construction equipment/machinery on site.
We have a fleet of equipment (such as excavators, bulldozers, rock trucks, etc) and looking for an experienced operator to be responsible for regular operation on various land development sites.
Duties include preparing machinery for daily use, inspecting machinery for safety issues, and daily operation.
Mechanical abilities an asset.
Candidate to be organized and have experience on site teams for residential development.
Looking for someone to assist with site activities, coordination of site tasks and requirements, understanding of City Assumption process, ability to read site drawings and site plans.
Looking for someone who is flexible, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must have a valid drivers license.
