To supervise the shift operations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner to meet shift production volumes, targets and quality specifications that meet or exceed federal, state, and company guidelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
The salary range for this role is: $81,733 – $138,935.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and check processing controls, critical control points, and the condition of machinery to assure the achievement of operations, quality, and production standards.
Supervise and motivate employees to maintain established sanitation, housekeeping and safety goals.
Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase quality, reduce costs and improve profitability for the facility.
Primary Responsibility for all Fresh Pack (Processing) and Reman Operations.
Initiate and request appropriations for projects to increase and maintain production or improve the work atmosphere.
Coordinate and communicate all production requirements with production support groups on a daily basis.
Overall responsible for finished product quality and food safety.
Maintain standards and adjust processes to meet standards.
Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of Del Monte Foods Quality Systems to assure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science / Business Management, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 Years Directly Applicable Experience within a comparable Food Manufacturing environment.
Strong Food Manufacturing and Operations Experience.
Tomato Processing experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for working with a range of backgrounds and interests.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and be self-directed.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within general company guidelines.
High degree of collaboration within team.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Strong organizational skills with good time management.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize key projects.
