Landscaping/General Labor/Workamper

We are looking for 1 hard working individual who is self-motivated, able to work without supervision when needed, able to follow instructions/directions from the property manager, lover of the outdoors, and who takes pride in their job.
The main tasks are landscaping and general labor, but all tasks are/not limited to: -Landscaping -Repair -Installation/Light construction -Pruning and maintenance of all plants and trees under 12 feet in height -General labor -Painting -Property repairs Pay rate starts off at $20/hour for the first month/probationary period.
Then after good performance/evaluation permanently increases to $20/hour.
This is a seasonal postion but if you end up being the right fit, a permanent live on site option may be available.
Must have reliable transportation.
Driving manual transmissions is required.
Must have experience using at least weed whackers, lawn mowers, basic garden tools/machines.
We are a large property that has both Vacation Rental Homes and RV Rental Sites on property.
We are looking for a devoted individual to grow with us.
Weekly days worked are flexible and negotiable.
If you are interested in becoming a Workamper, whether short term or long term, we are also interested in hosting you(pay rate would be minimum wage but the RV site would be complementary with full hook ups) We look forward to hearing from you! Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
