Concrete Finisher

\*\*Duties:\*\* - Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment.
- Smooth and finish surfaces to create desired textures and patterns.
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces.
- Repair and restore damaged concrete structures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
\*\*Experience:\*\* - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.
- Familiarity with carpentry and construction principles.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
- Knowledge of flooring installation, stucco application, drywall repair, masonry work, and heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
