Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator

Primary work as a patient care coordinator with the ability to participate in the sales of cosmetics and aesthetic treatments.
An ideal candidate will have a history in aesthetics or other healthcare fields, and be patient-focused.
We are looking to fill a Part-Time position located in Visalia which can lead to a Full-Time position with benefits.
*RESPONSIBILITIES* * Provide amazing customer service to our patients and support front office daily operations.
* Reception duties such as scheduling, answering phones, and preparing charts for providers.
* Promote providers with all calls and upsell procedures/products.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to eloquently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Participate in social media strategies and engagement.
*REQUIREMENTS* * Excellent verbal and written communication for exemplary customer service * Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, and Windows environment * Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask * Have the flexibility to help in all areas and effectively work in a team environment * Maintain a professional presentation, and patient confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills * Strong organization and attention to detail * At least 1 year of aesthetic experience or in customer service industry * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and follow through on tasks to completion *BENEFITS* * Competitive Salary $17- $21 plus Commission * Discounts on Services and Products Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.
