Counter Sales

Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various products - Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and upsell products - Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed Skills: - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient customer service - Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customers (if applicable) - Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate pricing, discounts, and change calculations - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with electronics or jewelry purchases - Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service.
