The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for finalizing all customer returns of Patterson Animal Health Products to make sure the return is compliant with company policy.
This person will process the credit and debit memos within the region, track and report on reasons for the credits and returns.
Additionally, incumbent acts as a liaison and a source of information for key stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, operations, sales, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process and finalize returns, credits, and customer rebills according to company policy.
Process Credit and Debit Memos ensuring costs and pricing are applied correctly.
Track the reasons for each return and credit memo.
Report to management the reasons for the returns and credit memos on a monthly basis.
Verify and inspect all forms, reports and records relating to product returns.
Inspect and reconcile quantities returned with that of the returns.

Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges.
Maintain and manage a database of all product returns and exchanges.
Adhere to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in handling returns.
Assists sales representatives and leadership with reporting needs.
Serves as a reliable source of information for customers and field team.
Supplements customer contact in absence of a Territory Manager
Works in conjunction with both Operations Manager and sales management to enable strong cross-functional processes.
Prepares quotes, proposals, and ensures the full execution of contracts.
Maintains accurate customer and order logs, records, and files.
Tracks customer accounts and manages order fulfillment process.
Tracks customer rebates and requests credit on accounts or payment by checks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; and minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service and/or sales support position
Observable strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to remain organized and deliver accurate results in a work environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business-related field
