A fast-growing company is looking to hire the best of the best: humble Bulldog SOLAR Reps/closers with a history of closing residential and commercial solar agreements at lucrative levels!
Perhaps prior to NEM3 you were closing left and right, but since then it has slowed down for you.
If this is you then we are a perfect fit!

Requirements:
* Open and willing to occasional travel.
(50 Mile radius)
* Having closed at least 25 provable SOLAR, residential agreements/installs.
* Full understanding of the inner workings of the industry, both inside and out.
We will train you exclusively on our systems, procedures and how we treat others - your prior experience is EXPECTED to provide comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
* Works well with others and embraces a TEAM mentality.
* Humble without arrogance or pride; confidence is welcome, while puffed-up pride and arrogance are not accepted.
* Demonstrates genuine critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
* TEACHABLE, COACHABLE and open to new ideas and approaches!
* California Reps must get a full understanding of closing in NEM3 (Solar Billing Tariff) we will teach you if you need assistance.
When you prove yourself as a rep (show us you can close your own deals), you will receive high level leads that you will be trained to close with, well over a 50% close ratio when done correctly!
