JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for direct selling to cotton processing (mills/spinners/weavers) companies globally, utilizing strong commodity market understanding, and customer knowledge based upon customer needs acquired through strong customer/agent relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive sales through the development of strategies and initiatives.
Be the constant brand advocate.
Develop, negotiate, execute, and manage sales contracts.
Identify target markets and analyze current market trends; Understand customers’ needs and wants; Acquire and disseminate competitive market information.
Identify, organize and attend relevant industry events.
Further develop relationships with existing customers and identify and develop opportunities with new customers.
Ability to influence customer to make purchase commitment based upon J.

Sustains rapport with key accounts by making in-person visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities; develop effective marketing communication programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree.
10-15 years’ experience in agricultural marketing roles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
International experience.
India, China and Pakistan are desirable as well as Latin America.
Account-based marketing skills and experience understanding and supporting complex deals.
Demonstrate ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers at all levels of the organization.
Skills and experience in analysis, organization, innovative problem solving, reasoned decision making, leadership, team building and strong price negotiation skills.
