The apartment is fully furnished.

You don’t need to spend money on buying house furniture.
Rent is $400(Month to month).
I’m asking for one month security deposit just in case you decide to move out at the end of a month without telling me like my old roommate just did😒 (though negotiable for the right tenant with utilities (gas and water included) utilities not included: internet and electricity.
Sublet availability is now through July 20th for the bigger room with the second bedroom becoming available in mid May.
The full apartment would be able to be leased for the Aug- July next academic year with priority given to those that take over the sublet.
If you are interested in subletting the entire apartment based on that timing the rent would include the second bedroom as well.
Plenty of natural light in the apartment and a big open format kitchen and kitchen island space downstairs next to the living room.
