The following utilities: Light (SCE), Gas and Water will be split between the both of us and ranges in price per month depending on the season of the year.
I live in a NICE, CLEAN AND QUITE neighborhood off Mooney and Riggin Ave.
My home is literally walking distance to the following businesses: Starbucks, A&W Restaurant, Burger King, Our Little Pizza Place Take & Bake, Super Taco Mexican Restaurant, Shannon Village Market/Valero Gas Station w/Touchless Car Wash, and 36 North Oil Changers.
If chosen, a security deposit of $1000.
