$700 Room For Rent (Visalia)

Hello, I am renting one of my rooms in a 3 bed 2 bath house.
You'll have access to kitchen, laundry room and shared bathroom.
$200 deposit and rent will be $700 a month.
It's a short term rental for 3 months (possibly longer if no issues arise) We are a small family with 2 little dogs.
We are friendly and respectful.
