$500 / 1br - I have a room available for rent in a 3Bed room house (Porterville)

Newly renovated house, this is a 3 bedroom house and I have the main room upstairs with my own bathroom.
And the other 2 rooms are vacant.
Ideally I would like to only rent 1 room out of the 2.
But I put 2 are available encase the second room is needed by the same person.
Amenities: -Have a new bed you can use -2 car garage -Large front yard -Wifi Things I Don't appreciate: -other people Staying here that are not on the lease.
-smoking in the house or near a open window -Bad odors (cannabis is fine, but i don't want it to stink up the whole house.
) $500 month rent includes everything.
