Hi I’m looking for a quiet, long term roommate to split rent with for a 1 bedroom house.
I would need to move by June 1st, and the location would be in Reedley, Dinuba, Sanger, Kingsburg, Selma, Squaw Valley, Orosi, Fresno, or Clovis, depending on what’s available and works best for the both of us.
I’m hoping to find something within the $900-$1200 range, and I don’t care who gets the bedroom.
I have 4 small dogs that wear vibration collars so that they don’t bark, and 4 cats that are outside most of the day and come in to sleep.
My pets would be kept separate from shared areas, and as of right now I work 9pm-6am so contact will be minimal.
I don’t watch tv or ever play music and would prefer someone that can keep their devices to a minimum sound level since I sleep in the afternoon.
