We provide all towels, bedding, and pillows (new), or you can provide your own.

Space can be provided in refrigerator, freezer, and pantry.

Posted rent is based on one person, working outside the home 40hrs per week.
For those working more/less hours rent will be adjusted accordingly upon mutual agreement.
A refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent is required at move-in, however if you already know your move out date, and your stay will be less than 4 months (such as medical rotations/short term contract employees), we can negotiate a lower deposit.
Rent is also negotiable for commuters who won’t be in residence 7 days a week.
