As long as you furnish your own food and do all clean up.
No pets.
But I do have 2 friendly dogs.
No smoking or alcohol permitted.
No over night guests.
Bedroom has key lock.
Ceiling fan and computer desk.
Bed is a queen size.
Low traffic in home.
Must be honest and reliable and have references.
Must keep room tidy.
Plenty of parking.
