I live as sustainably as I can- I compost, grow food in the garden I built in the yard, & use non-toxic cleaning supplies.
I don't drink, but don't mind having alcohol in the house.
There's no smoking/ vaping inside, but outside is fine.
The rent ($450 ) does not include utilities- internet is $40/ month each, plus electricity and gas.
Typically, utilities do not exceed $50 per person per month, but are usually much lower.
You would need to sign onto the lease, which runs through the end of Aug 2024.
Move in costs include first, last, and security deposit.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept any other pets at this time.
