WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our team for our brand-new affordable, lease-up community in Porterville, CA.
Carolita Apartments offers 68 thoughtfully designed, high-quality spacious floor plans to the community of Porterville.
This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.
Affordable, Tax Credit and HUD experience is required for this position.
Pay Range for this position is: $20.
00 – $22.
00 / Hour
WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:
You bring experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties
You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
You can perform professional level leadership and customer service skills
You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
You are able to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
You have a passion for helping others
You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and outlook
You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
