is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a 54 unit apartment community in Farmersville, CA.
Experience in affordable housing (LIHTC) preferred.
The position is full time, 40 hours per week.
Housing is available with the position.
This position requires an individual with the ability to communicate across various audience levels.
Excellent communication skills, a good work ethic as attendance is a requirement of the position.
The ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency are a must.

Requirements:
Valid CA Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications / Skills:
Able to communicate across various audience levels
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
Highly proficient in math
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to manage emergency situations
Proficient in meeting strict deadlines

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties
Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and move–outs
Collecting rents and security deposits
Enforcing lease and house rules
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
Maintaining excellent curb appeal
Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
Follow company policies and procedures
