Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC) preferred.
*This is a Full-Time (Temporary) position at 40 hours a week.

00 per hour DOE.

*Requirements:*
* Valid CA Driver’s License
* Reliable Transportation
* Authorized to work in the United States
*Qualifications / Skills:*
* Able to communicate across various audience levels
* Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
* Highly proficient in math
* Well organized with excellent time management skills
* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Ability to manage emergency situations
* Proficient in meeting strict deadlines
* Professionalism
* Listening
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage all aspects of assigned properties
* Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move-ins and move–outs
* Collecting rents and security deposits
* Enforcing lease and house rules
* Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
* Maintaining excellent curb appeal
* Advertise and market vacant units to attract tenants
* Follow company policies and procedures
