Job summary
Under general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Funding Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Funder by setting up loan files to be reviewed, doing verbal VOE’s and other general work tasks.
Responsibilities:
Essential job functions
Support branch with a courteous and positive attitude
Set up loan files to be reviewed by funding
Send out wire requests
Scan final doc/funding information into our imaging system
Handling of confidential information
Work well with team members
Complete other tasks as requested by branch manager
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year prior mortgage or related office experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic mortgage concepts, practices and procedures.
Abilities required
Excellent organizational, attention-to-detail, follow-up, written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results
Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Google and Outlook), and knowledge of internet browsers.
Excellent math, analytical and time management skills
