*Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and vendors, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience.
* Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with property owners, addressing their concerns and needs with professionalism and efficiency.
* Oversee property inspections and ensure strict compliance with local regulations and safety standards, drawing upon your comprehensive understanding of real estate laws.
* Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance analysis, showcasing your proficiency in financial management.
* Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair projects, collaborating closely with vendors and contractors, and ensuring quality workmanship.

*Requirements:*
* Several years of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar senior role within the property management industry.
