Loving, Cuddly Cat (Visalia)

Loving, cuddly, needy neutered cat, about 5 yrs old.
He needs a lap (more than I can give him), and he’s not happy without one.
*Good with other pets *Housebroken (does not use cat box, goes outside) *Eats primarily Kirkland Maintenance Cat dry cat food (cheap!) - if you want to spoil him, he loves Friskies Pâté
