Sweet dog needs rehoming (Visalia)

We are needing to rehome our pit mix (?) Koda, we sadly cant give her the requirements she needs and had to make this decision.
Shes almost 2 and does have very sensitive skin which can be hard to work with.
There isn’t a rehoming fee as we got her for free and just want a loving home.
