PUPS NEED RESCUING‼️‼️‼️ (Ivanhoe)

My cousin found a litter of pups while walking her dog.
They look sad & malnourished.
Can anyone take one or all 3? She can’t keep them.
Her dog is reactive and didn’t like them in his space.
The pound will put them down.
What should we do????
