Dimensions are: 37” T x 24” D x 56 1/4” wide I had it PRO tuned last year and since then it has not left my music room/office.
Always in a temperature consoled environment.
No cracks on soundboard or around tuning pins causing tuning slippage.
(you need to look for cracks on used pianos.
) Hammers in good shape.
No chipped or dinged keys.
No bench included.
You can get a great bench with a padded cover and lift up storage for storing music , for under $50 on Amazon or eBay.
The BUYER must provide their own people, transportation, and piano dolly to move this piano.
The piano is located on my ground floor with easy access to garage and out to driveway where you can park and load.
As price comparison, Alamo Music in Texas is selling same piano for $800.
