Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a District General Manager to oversee three of our properties in the Pacific District.
The District General Manager will be responsible for all oversight and profitable operations of all revenue centers for Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, and Kalaloch Lodge in Olympic National Park.

Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $116200 - $159800 / year

Responsibilities
Oversee three property general managers to ensure all lodging, guest services, food and beverage, retail, sales operations, maintenance, and capital projects are completed.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement operational enhancements to improve efficiency, budgeting for the region, and quality of procedural guidelines.
Foster relationship with the National Parks service and maintain adherence to all compliance.
Ensure effective financial, operational, and human resource controls are in place.
Establish relationships with community and trade organizations to enhance business operations and promote growth.
Drive a company vehicle as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum ten (10) years of management experience in the hotel and lodging industry required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel required.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree in hospitality or business is preferred.
Prior experience working with the National Park Service required.
Prior experience working in California with knowledge of California labor laws is required.
Multi hotel experience is preferred.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
Knowledge of computer lodging systems and point of sale systems.
Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed.
