If you’re an experienced physical therapist, newly licensed or your license is in process, or new to Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care, excellent training is provided and there is outstanding support for you as you grow.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercises and self-care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
