Benefits Eligible Full-Time Benefit Eligible Work Shift Evening (United States of America) Department 6181 M/S CDU-2S Manages day-to-day inpatient department business operations and supports long-term planning of services in collaboration with the patient care leadership team.
Performs personnel management functions in collaboration with nurse manager and clinical educator.
Hours vary 8 and 10 hours per shift, will include evenings to 8:00PM.
License /Certification Required: Kaweah Health approved crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire/transfer.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or applicable experience.
Experience Required: Minimum three years of experience in health care related field.

Supports quality program and contractual requirements while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
