We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ranch House Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations for our ranch house, including overseeing the contract management of our 34 acres of walnut trees.
This multifaceted role involves coordinating with cleaning and maintenance contractors, ensuring adherence to high standards, and maintaining accurate records of house operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and vendors.

As a Ranch House Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our exceptional team of professionals who share our commitment to excellence, innovation, and advancing the cannabis farming industry.
*Responsibilities:* *Property Management:* * Oversee all aspects of daily maintenance and operations of the ranch house.
* Ensure that the house and guest quarters are kept in pristine condition and all facilities are functioning properly.
* Address any issues promptly and efficiently to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.
*Contract Cleaning Oversight:* * Assist with the coordination of our contract cleaners responsible for cleaning casitas and the main house.
* Inspect cleaned areas to ensure they meet our highest standards and report any issues to the travel department for immediate resolution.
*Maintenance Coordination:* * Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all maintenance tasks.
* Communicate maintenance needs and priorities to the operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and execution.
*Walnut Tree Management:* * Liaise with contract vendors responsible for the maintenance and care of the walnut trees.
* Manage budgets and expenses related to contracted services.
* Ensure all work is completed on time and meets our high standards for quality and care.
* Coordinate to ensure any supplies needed are acquired quickly and at the best rate possible.
* Stay in contact with Managing operators to address any issues quickly and efficiently.
*Financial Management:* * Assist in developing and maintaining budgets for house operations, including maintenance, staffing, and supplies.
* Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
* Prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders.
*Guest Accommodation Coordination:* * Work closely with travel department to prepare casitas, guest house and main house for employee and owner’s use.
* Provide support during corporate retreats and other events to ensure guest accommodations meet expectations.
*Administrative Duties:* * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to estate operations, including inventory, maintenance logs, and employee records.
* Handle correspondence, inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the efficient operation of the farm and meet the evolving needs of the business.
*Qualifications:* * Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, vendors and internal teams.
* Experience in budget development and management.
* Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
*Education and Experience:* * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality management, business administration, or property management preferred.
*Working Conditions:* * This role is primarily based on the ranch, with occasional travel required for meetings or special events.
* Work hours may vary and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
* The role may involve exposure to outdoor elements and physical labor at times.
