Lead Teacher

Lead Teacher in Tulare County Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Supervise and engage children in educational activities - Monitor and assess children's progress and development - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and behavior - Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations - Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and program policies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
A minimum of 24 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
A Lead or Master Teacher Permit.
4 years teaching experience.
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Ability to pass community care licensing standards, fingerprints, DOJ Clearance We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
