As a Store Manager, your duties include taking great care of our customers, performing preventative maintenance services on vehicles, supervising employees, opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, paperwork, recommending parts and services to customers, as well as employee and team development.

* Individual must have managed direct reports, preferably in the quick lube industry.
* Individual must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
* Candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
* Individual must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
* Individual must have the ability to successfully identify, develop and lead people.
* Individual must demonstrate a drive for results and possess an ownership mentality, as well as have the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions.
*We expect our Store Manager to:*
* Be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
* Have a high sense of urgency and lots of energy
* Enjoy hands-on work
* Basic computer skills
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Have full body mobility: be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs
* Work on your feet for extended periods of time with your hands above your head
* Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the public
* Master products, services and company knowledge
