We are looking to hire an individual who has at least two years of management experience in the automotive industry.

As a Store Manager, your duties include taking great care of our customers, performing preventative maintenance services on vehicles, supervising employees, opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, paperwork, recommending parts and services to customers, as well as employee and team development.
Requirements:
Individual must have managed direct reports, preferably in the quick lube industry.
Individual must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
Candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
Individual must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
Individual must have the ability to successfully identify, develop and lead people.
Individual must demonstrate a drive for results and possess an ownership mentality, as well as have the ability to successfully solve problems and make decisions.
We expect our Store Manager to:
Be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
Have a high sense of urgency and lots of energy
Enjoy hands-on work
Basic computer skills
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Have full body mobility: be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs
Work on your feet for extended periods of time with your hands above your head
Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the public
