Found German Shepard - Titus (Tulare)

Found a young German Shepard male off the K st on ramp and Hwy 99 last week on 2/15.
Took to the Vet and has a chip.
His name is Titus.
We have reached out to the owner but have not heard anything back.
Very sweet dog and we would like to reunite with his owner if possible.
