```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of legal case preparation and management
- Conduct legal research using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings for attorneys
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with document production and discovery process
- Prepare correspondence and draft legal documents under attorney supervision

- Proficient in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer software for clerical tasks (e.

, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Experience with document management systems (e.

, iManage) is a plus
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining accurate records
