Seeking room in exchange for work (female only) (Visalia, Exeter)

I am seeking a room for rent or a room for work exchange in the areas of Visalia and Exeter.
Perfer a Christian family, mature lady, widow or senior woman only.
I will do light house cleaning, gardening, babysitting for a family.
Will offer senior care, senior companion for a female only, will drive to errands and some appointments.
