Needing all the help I can get (Tulare)

Everything I had was stolen and I am in very poor health and I am very much in need of a phone as it is my lifeline and no longer have one, food, women's clothing (sizes m to l), women's shoes size 71/2 -8, blankets, hygiene, heater, propane tank (for cooking) and if at all possible I really need a scooter that I can ride to help me get around town as I am also disabled and have a heart condition and have nothing for transportation and getting around is very difficult for me.
