Solid Oak Dining Table & Chairs (dining set) - $300 (Visalia)

** If the ad is up, this item is still available! ** Very sturdy, very well-made solid oak dining table and chairs set.
Seats 2-8 people comfortably.
Not veneer, not cheap plastic laminate — solid oak wood.
With no leaves it is approximately 60" x 42".
It comes with three leaves for expansion, each roughly 12" wide.
Two of those store underneath the table (see last picture).
Eight chairs are included.
Currently in Visalia stored in a warehouse.
You will need to arrange transportation from there, but I can help with loading it.
Asking $300 which I think is a very fair price.
Not interested in haggling (I don't have much time or patience for it), so please also consider it firm.
