currently has an opening for a *Parking Lot Sweeper* to join our expanding team!
For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.
*Essential Duties/Responsibilities*
* Operate street sweeper to sweep parking lots, including curb lines, asphalt entrances, sides, and rear areas of assigned properties.
* Walk the property using a hand-held/backpack blower to clean storefront walkways and areas the sweeper vehicle is unable to reach.
* Change and reline trash cans throughout the property.
* Manually clean grass areas and planters/islands.
* Clear debris from rights-of-ways.
* Report illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
*Qualifications*
* Familiarity with the use of a hand-held/backpack blower
* Strong map reading skills
* Mechanically inclined
* Graveyard shift
* Ability to multi-task and work independently; self-motivate
*Schedule*
* Thursday- Sunday
* 32-36 hours per week
* Graveyard shift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.
