Tow Truck Driver/Operator

```Duties``` - Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists - Safely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks or flatbeds - Operate tow trucks and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Perform basic automotive diagnostics to determine the cause of vehicle breakdowns - Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed - Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating tow trucks on public roads - Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time, location, and services provided ```Experience``` - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a tow truck driver or similar role preferred - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and ability to operate them proficiently - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on vehicles - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and equipment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
